But I decided to go to gym and keep myself engaged. But when I started continuously going to the gym the I realised its not only keeping me engaged it is making me mentally as well as physically strong. Really I started feeling a different energy inside my body. So I will suggest you guys also if you are feeling depressed then hit the Gym.
