Centrino it is not a CPU , the Centrino term covers a particular combination of mainboard chipset, mobile CPU and wireless network interface in the design of a laptop produced by Intel so naming it Centrino platform is more appropriate . Intel claimed that systems equipped with these technologies should deliver better performance, longer battery life and broad wireless network interoperability.

The Celeron brand is a range of x86 CPUs from Intel targeted at budget/value personal computers .
Introduced in April 1998, the first Celeron branded CPU was based on the Pentium II branded core.
Celeron processor is a good and cheaper alternative to Pentium II, Pentium III and Pentium 4 microprocessors when the top performance is not required.
The Celeron processors are based on the same core as more expensive Pentium-branded processors, but usually lack in some features such as L2 cache size and bus speed.
At any given point of time the fastest Celerons were usually clocked lower than fastest Pentium-branded processors.
In summary, the Pentium 4 is more powerful than the most advanced Celeron processor on the market. However, Intel has planned it to be this way. Many applications will work just great with a Celeron processor, despite a little less power than the Pentium 4.

Pentium processor is a 32-bit microprocessor introduced by Intel in 1993.
The Pentium brand refers to Intel‘s single-core x86 microprocessor based on the P5 fifth-generation microarchitecture. The name Pentium was derived from the Greek pente (πέντε), meaning ‘five’, and the Latin ending -ium.
Starting in 1995, Intel used the “Pentium” registered trademark in the names of several families of post-fifth-generation x86 processor.
